Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refunds for Pixora subscriptions, credit packs, and one-time purchases. Signing up or purchasing constitutes acceptance of this policy.
1. First-time subscription refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription purchase, provided you have consumed no more than 10% of the credits granted for that billing period. Beyond 10%, refunds are prorated based on remaining unused credits. Applies to each user's first subscription only; renewal periods are not covered.
2. Renewal refunds
Auto-renewed subscriptions are generally non-refundable. In case of severe service outages during a renewal period attributable to Pixora, you may request a partial refund proportional to remaining unused credits, supported by incident references.
3. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Once any credit is consumed, the pack is treated as used and is non-refundable. Credits for failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance and require no request.
4. Non-refundable cases
The following are not eligible: (a) accounts suspended for ToS §3 violations; (b) credits already consumed (delivery considered complete on consumption); (c) credits granted via promotional codes or gift campaigns; (d) requests filed past the time limits set in this policy.
5. How to request a refund
Email <email/> with your account email, order ID, and reason. We reply within 5 business days. Refunds are returned through the original payment channel; settlement timing depends on the channel (typically 3-15 business days).
