Privacy Policy

Pixora ("we", "us") respects and protects user privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use Pixora.

1. Information We Collect

Account info (email, username); usage info (generation history, canvas works, uploaded assets); billing info (subscription status, credit balance, payment receipts — we do NOT store credit card numbers; payment processors handle them); device and access logs (IP, browser version, access time).

2. How We Use Information

Provide and improve the service (generate images, maintain accounts); prevent abuse and fraud (rate limiting, risk control); billing and payment processing; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your content is stored in our object storage (MinIO/S3) and database (PostgreSQL). Generation history is kept for 90 days and can be deleted by you. After account deletion, all related data is removed within 30 days. Logs are retained for 30 days for security auditing.

4. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to process your requests: fal.ai, replicate.com, 8uai.cn (image generation); Stripe / Lemon Squeezy (payment, pending integration); better-auth (authentication). These services process data under their respective privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal information. Self-service is available on /settings. For further help, email privacy@pixora.ai (placeholder — replace before public launch).

6. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated. We will notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes and update the date at the top. Continued use indicates acceptance.
