Welcome to Pixora. These terms govern your rights and obligations when using Pixora. Registering or using the service indicates you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Service Description

Pixora provides AI-based image generation, editing, brand kit, and template tools. Specific features may change over time; we will notify you via version updates or announcements.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. We are not liable for losses caused by leaked passwords. Account sharing or registration with false information is prohibited. We reserve the right to ban malicious accounts.

3. Usage Policy

You may not use Pixora to generate content involving minors in sexual contexts, violence, terrorism, politically sensitive material, fake news, or content that infringes others' likeness or copyrights. We actively detect and block violations. Violating accounts will be banned immediately and consumed credits will not be refunded.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of prompts you provide and the resulting outputs. Pixora claims no copyright over generated images. Note: AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions; consult local law before commercial use. Templates and first-party assets are owned by Pixora and licensed to you only during your active subscription.

5. Subscription and Credits

Credits are used to pay for the actual cost of each generation request. Subscriptions auto-renew; you can cancel at /billing at any time. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixora is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated results will meet your expectations, nor are we liable for indirect damages caused by use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7. Termination and Changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate the service for violations, force majeure, or business decisions. Term changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
