How to generate your first image

Sign in, click "Generate" in the sidebar. Pick a template you like, or type a prompt describing what you want (English or Chinese both work). Hit "Generate" — your image arrives in 20–60s. From there you can download, add to a Brand Kit, or keep editing. Free users get 5 generations per day; Pro and above use subscription credits.

How to create a Brand Kit

A Brand Kit locks in your brand colors, logo, fonts, and voice so every generation respects them. Open Settings → Brand Kit → New. Upload your logo (512x512 PNG with transparent background works best), extract colors directly from the logo, pick Chinese and English fonts, and describe the brand voice (e.g. "warm, professional, slightly playful"). Save, then enable it on any generation card.

How to use an API key

Go to Settings → API keys → "Create new key" and give it a name (e.g. prod-server). The key is shown only once — copy it immediately. In your code: install `@pixora/sdk` for Node or `pixora-sdk` for Python and pass the key via the `PIXORA_API_KEY` env var. Full reference at /docs/api. Free plan has no API access; Pro and above can create multiple keys.

How to upgrade your subscription

Visit /pricing, pick a tier (monthly or yearly — yearly saves 30%), and click "Upgrade now" to jump to checkout. International customers pay via Stripe (card / PayPal); Chinese mainland customers also pay by card today, with WeChat Pay and Alipay arriving in 2026 Q3. Upgrades apply immediately — new subscription credits land on the spot, and any remaining days on the old tier are pro-rated into the new one.

How to revoke or delete an API key

Open Settings → API keys, find the key, and click "Revoke" next to it. Revocation is instant — any further calls with that key return 401. If you suspect a key leak (e.g. accidentally committed to GitHub), revoke it immediately and issue a new one rather than continuing to use the old key. Revocations are recorded in the audit log, viewable at /admin/audit (admins only).

How to request a refund

Subscriptions: full refund within 7 days if you have used less than 10% of the credits. Top-up credits: full refund within 7 days if untouched — any usage forfeits the refund. Failed generations are auto-refunded with no action needed. For manual cases email feedback@42ka.cn with your order or transaction ID; we process within 24 hours on weekdays.
