User Responsibility
Users must ensure uploaded images, videos, brand assets, trademarks, fonts, likenesses, reference images, and training/style materials are lawfully owned or licensed.
The service may not be used to bypass copyright protection, copy commercial works, impersonate brands, or violate likeness, reputation, or privacy rights.
Complaint Requirements
Rights holders can submit complaints to support@42ka.cn with proof of rights, disputed content URL or asset ID, infringement explanation, contact details, and a good-faith statement.
The platform may restrict, remove, preserve evidence, or escalate content for human review based on complaint completeness, clear infringement risk, and legal requirements.
Appeals
Reported users may submit license proof, authorship proof, fair-use explanation, contracts, or other counter-notice materials.
Repeat infringement, malicious uploads, or takedown evasion may lead to account limits, workspace limits, or service termination.
